Abule-Egba Overhead Bridge Is without Proper Drainage System-PDP

While the construction of overhead bridge at Abule -Egba area in Lagos may be applauded by many as a good step,  some residents of the area, especially those who living in...may have bigger problem of erosion to contend with.

This is made known by the PDP of Orile-Agege LCDA during a campaign tour of different wards in the council area ahead the July 22 local government election in the state. 

Speaking at the rally,  chairmanship aspirant for the local council Hon. Sherrif Akorede laments the structural defect of the newly constructed Abule egba over he'd bridge saying the bridge has caused torrential flooding to some areas due to the improper channeling of waterways by those handling the project,there by causing hardship for the people of Orile -agege. 

Pdp  chieftains present at the flag-off rally also decried what they tagged as "developmental deficit" in the entire local council area,.

With local government election fixed for July 22, the PDP is saying it is ready to slug it out with the APC in producing local council chairmen.
