Breaking!Tribunal Upholds Obaseki's Victory at Edo Guber Poll

  The Justice Ahmed Badamasi Led three man Election Petition Tribunal sitting in edo state has dismissed the petition of PDP and it's Governorship candidate, Osagie Ize-Iyamu contesting the outcome of September 28 polls.

The presiding judge said The petition was dismissed because the petitioners failed to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt.

Witnesses were brought forward without evidence to back up their statements.

The allegation of over voting was not proved at all 

Ballot boxes were not tendered to prove case also.
