Body of Female Corps Member Killed In Ogun Recovered,Suspect Arrested

The Ogun state police command has arrested a 29 year old driving instructor in Ogun state for  rapping and killing a 23 year old female corps member serving in the state

Leading journalists,  men and officers of the command  to the scene of the crime,  the  state Commissioner of police, Ahmed Iliyasu  said the suspect lured the unsuspecting  female corps member  to the scene under the guise  of issuing her a driving permit before forcefully had canal knowledge of her before she was eventually  killed.

The corp member went missing since on the 9th of December before her decomposing remains was found on Wednesday.

This letter from the authorities of the  National Youth Service Corps  in Ogun state to the state police command  detailed the missing of the batch A 2017  female corps member on the 9th of this month .....up sound.....This undoubtedly prompted the police to swing into action which led to the arrest of this 29 year old  driving instructor who confessed to have killed his victim


His confession led to the discovery of her lifeless body with her personal effects littering the ground in this bush  located in Odeda local government area of the state where she was raped and eventually strangulated to death.

The commissioner of police while assuring that justice will be done in this particular case  however charged members of the general public to be more security conscious especially at a time like this when incidents of kidnapping seems to be on the increase all over the country but warned that ogun state would not be a comfort zone for criminals.

It is expected that justice must be  seen to be done to avenge the death of this promising  slained  youth corps member and effort must not be spared to ensure this is done to serve as deterrent to others evil minded individuals in the society.
