Just In: Anambra Governor Willie Obiano Dissolves Cabinet

Executive​ Governor of Anambra state Willie Obiano has announced the desolution of the state executive council.

He mandated that all Commissioners, Non-Civil Service Head of MDAs, SSAs/SAs and other political appointees should submit their handover notes/reports to their permanents secretary, Secretary to the state government and copy same letter to the office of the governor.

This was made public in a statement made available to journalists in Awka, directing all political office holders to submit their handover notes On or before the eve of his Swearing In, 16th March 2018.

The statement also reads that all appointees,Non-Civil service Heads of MDAs and SSAs/SAs under reference are to  handover any government projects/ Utility Vehicles , in their custody to the permanent Secretaries, Secretary to the state government or to the office of the governor on or before 16th March 2018.

The governor thanked them for their contribution in making his first tenure a worthwhile.
