Breaking: Innoson Motors CEO Innocent Chukwuma Declared Wanted

Justice Mojisola Dada of the special offences court sitting in Lagos has declared the Chief Executive Officer of Innoson Motors, Innocent Chukwuma wanted over his failure to show up in Court for trial.

In a matter between the economic and financial crimes commission and Innocent Chukwuma Innoson motors.

Justice Dada was compelled to declare him wanted after counsels to the efcc explained to the honourable court, the frustration faced in executing the bench warrant issued against Innocent Chukwuma after his failure to be physically present in court as ordered by the judge.

The failure of Innocent Chukwuma to appear before the court for four consecutive times informed the issuance of bench warrant. 

Justice Mojisola Dada had earlier ruled that no motion application will be taken until Innocent Chukwuma is physically present in court and had to be declared wanted after his absence again in court for the fifth time.

The EFCC is prosecuting Innoson Motors, Innocent Chukwuma and his younger brother Charles Chukwuma on the charges of forgery
