Gboyega Bello (BABS) Empower Youths With Working Equipments.(Photos)

The leading Federal House of Representatives aspirant  Gboyega Bello, BABS has presented brand new sewing machines, hair dryer and Scholarships to United Group of Ikirun in Ifelodun local government as he usually did for the youth and the less privilege.

The equipments were presented on Friday at Inisa to the beneficiaries under Ar-Rahaman Empowerment Support Programme solely own by Bello Adegboyega Basheer, BABS to banish unemployment in Ifelodun, Boripe and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, even before his advent in politics about a decade ago.

While presenting the equipments such as sewing machines, hair dryers, scholarship and others,  Gboyega Bello said that the empowerment was a redemption of his promise to make impact on the lives of the people of his constituency particularly youths and the less privilege.

He noted that leadership was about making great impacts on the lives of the people, saying the programme was a way of giving back to his constituents and connecting with them.

“What we are doing today is what we have always done to make the people of this constituency happy and free from being lagging behind to get their daily breads.

“We've done series of this kind to empower people to start their businesses. This is another series and we are so happy to see how happy the beneficiaries are.

“You see, I don’t believe that it is only when elections are approaching that a leader has to connect with his people.
“That connection with the people should be continual. We have done a couple of empowerment, this is another one, and by the grace of Almighty God, we will continue to do more,” he said.

He advised the beneficiaries to make good use of the equipments for the upliftment of their lives  and their family members.

Gboyega Bello urged those who has not benefited in the Ar-Rahman Empowerment programme to exercise patience as they could still benefit from his subsequent empowerment programmes.

He also enjoined United Group and the people of Ifelodun to be faithful to the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the party was committed to be delivering the dividends of democracy to all parts of the state.

On the forthcoming governorship Election, the House of Representative aspirant urged United group and residents of Ifelodun to vote for  Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola as the next governor and his deputy, Benedict Olugboyega Alabi in this gubernatorial election come on the 22nd of this month.

He also urged the group and the residents to shun any acts of violence before and during the election and do their bit to ensure the poll is peaceful.
According to him, "my advice to all residents is to ensure the election is successful by embracing peace and eschewing violence."
