Sanwo-Olu Appoints Folashade Sherifat Jaji As SSG

Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has appointed Folashade Sherifat Jaji, former Head of Service as the Secretary to the State Government.

He made the appointment on Thursday shortly after signing his first executive order, which declared state of emergency on environmental sanitation and traffic management.

Sanwo-Olu was sworn in on Thursday as the 15th governor of Lagos state. He succeeded Akinwunmi Ambode, who failed to secure a second term ticket after losing the primary to the incumbent governor.

Also, the governor appointed Gboyega Akosile as the deputy Chief Press Secretary.
