‘No Amount Of Sack Will Stop Me From Saying The Truth’, Gov Dickson’s Aide Reacts

Helen Bob, Special Adviser on Talent Development and Gender Promotion, has reacted to her dismissal by the Bayelsa State Governor, Henry Seriake Dickson.

Mr Dickson had on Wednesday, dismissed         her for “repeated acts of gross misconduct, indiscipline, irresponsibility and acts unbecoming of a person occupying the high position of Special Adviser in any government whatsoever.”

In a reaction, Helen Bob in a Facebook post, said “Sincerely it’s already late as no amount of sack will stop me from stating the truth.”

“No amount of sack will stop the flood that is about to submerge the PDP come Nov 16th, 2019 if the party do not take a strong redress on all the issues I have made known to you.”

Helen Bob has always been vocal about Dickson’s choice of candidate and running mate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of the November 16 governorship election.

While reacting to the dismissal by the governor, she said he has done very well not to have ignored her comments which she says must have touched his heart. “Truth is very very bitter,” she said.

“This is not a surprise at all for making me a political heroine who at least stood strong to comment on the excesses of our great party leadership against some members.”

Helen Bob accused governor Dickson of neglecting the Bayelsa State talented youths and demolishing the talented development centre (Peace Park), without any intentions to develop “the said center for over a year now. Too bad may be because I’m from Okpoama,” she said.

“That is the day I relieved myself from this appointment that is been so useless to you but today you make it sound very important as if it existed.

“However, as the political Prophetess of the State, I bless His Excellency and the entire core Restoration family to have made me a subject matter all through last night and hating the truth.

“I am a daughter from the Atlantic.

“We respect but dont tolerate injustice.

“God bless Bayelsa State.

“God own David is on his way to redeem the state.

“Thank you Sir.

“I love you the more, she said.
