BREAKING: Court Of Appeal Sacks Dino Melaye, Orders Fresh Election

The Court of Appeal has affirmed the decision of the Election Petition Tribunal sacking the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party and Senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye.

It has also ordered the Independent Electoral Commission to conduct a fresh election within ninety days.

The judgment was on the petition filed by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress Smart Adeyemi in the 26th of February election.

Meanwhile, Senator Dino Melaye has also confirmed the development in a post on his social media.
