Special Adviser On Works Transport, Urges APC Youth Leaders To Be Proactive In Party Activities

The Special Adviser to the Governor State of Osun on Works and Transport, Engr. Olatoke Olaniyan advised the All Progressives Congress Youths to be proactive and shun acts that could tarnish the image of the Party and the State.

Engr Olaniyan stated this  while receiving youth leaders from Boripe Local Government Area to his office in Abere, Osogbo on Friday February 7, 2020

The Special Adviser noted that the role of youths in the society can not be overemphasized hence the reason Governor Oyetola-led administration is doing the needful by creating an enabling environment for the youths.

Engr Olaniyan said that Governor Gboyega Oyetola recognised the efforts and impacts of  the party's youth members across the state, urging them to  continue with their progressive ideas and stance as good things await them. 

"His Excellency is taking commendable measures in ensuring that people of goodwill indigenes and non indigenes of our State both at home and in the diaspora are being encouraged to come and invest in our dear State in order to create employment opportunities and further boost the State's internally generated revenue". 

"The government is also poised to embark on projects that could serve as employment-generating  opportunities for the youths in the state". 

"The Oyetola-led administration is embarking on plans for an all-round engagement of the youths as we are fully aware that it is our responsibility to engage them adding that the Governor will continue to do his best to make this possible.

While responding, the youth leaders assured the government of their commitment in promoting the good image of the Party and the State.

 They however  appealed to the Special Adviser to continue to use his  office to promote youths engagement and facilitate programmes and policies that would benefit the youths in the State.
