VIDEO: Watch Moment When Lawyers Locked Chief Judge Out Of Court

         


Members of the Nigerian Bar Association in Osun State have been at loggerheads with the state government since the beginning of the week, over increment in court processes filing fees.

The NBA rejected the new filing fees regime, describing it as obnoxious and unconstitutional.

At about 11 oclock thursady morning, the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo arrived at the state high court, in Osogbo with the hope of resuming her official duty, but was denied access into the court premises,by the NBA lawyers who had already locked the entrance.

Justice Adepele-Ojo tried to engage the lawyers but to no avail. she  later returned to her car and left the scene.

The increase according to the NBA will prevent common man from seeking and getting justice.
