Dino Melaye's Rally Turns Deadly, 5 Loyalists Feared Dead

 No fewer than five people were feared dead as unknown gunmen attacked the senator representing Kogi west senatorial district, Dino Melaye, in front of the state polytechnic, Lokoja, the state capital.

Melaye was said to have stopped in front of the school where he addressed his supporters, including some students of the school over the political crisis in the senatorial district.

He had barely finished addressing the crowd when some armed men emerged from NATACO end of the roacd and started shooting sporadically and indiscriminately, this as caused pandemonium along the Lokoja Abuja highway, both motorist and market women have to take to there heels for safety.
