Osun Bye-election: Aregbesola's Preferred Candidate Hussein Disqualified

The national screening committee of the Apc for the Osun west senatorial bye election has disqualified One of the two aspirants vying for the ticket, Senator Mudashur Hussein.

The disqualification notice was contained in a letter signed by chairman of the screening committee Hon. Sanusi Rikiji  and secretary Charles Ehavbare today in osogbo.

Hussein according to the committee was disqualified for his failure to resign from his position as a serving commissioner in the state.

Hussein who is the preferred candidate of Governor Rauf Aregbesola, however tendered his letter of resignation dated June 6.
