Osun LG Poll: Voting Starts One Hour Behind Schedule As Ballot Papers Arrive Late

voting at unit 8,ward 13 Osogbo local govt. LP is challenging APC

 Voting has begun at the wards which are having various candidates. The poll howevrr started around 9.05am, clearly one hour behind the fixed 8 O'clock .

Surprising was that presiding officials had arrived a little after eight but the election materials arrived around 8.30 without ballot papers. The ballot papers later arrived around 9 without any reason adduced for the singular lateness of the ballot papers.
