Flash: Appeal Court Okays Dino Melaye's Recall Process

Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has ruled that  the recall  process of Senator Dino Melaye from the Senate should be restarted from where it stopped.

The appeal ruled that the federal High Court which ruled for stay of execution earlier has no jurisdiction to stop the process the first place.

INEC however says it will review the judgement!
