Osun Police Rescue More Stolen Children;Smash Forgery Gang



The Osun state police command has recorded another success in the investigation of concernin Maxwell, Sydney and Joy, who were accused of stealing a child in Osogbo early this year.

According to Joy and Sydney, the children stolen before they were arrested were four in number. Briefing newsmen at the state police command, the commissioner of police Fimihan Adeoye says the poloce through painstaking investigation have been able to recover two children whom were stolen by Joy an Sydney and sold to Maxwell early this year. The children, Zainab Kayode 3, and Adama Kayode 5 years were stolen in Ilorin on the 17th of December 2017.

The children according to Joy were sold at three hundred thousand Naira each for Maxwell, who operates an orphanage home in Orlu,Imo state.

The police command also paraded a four man certificate forgery syndicate who specialises in forging all certificates of every institution in the country including work permits of foreign countries like the United Kingdom.
