Appeal court Okays EFCC Move to Freeze Fayose's Account
The three men appeal court pannel, led by Hon. Justice J. S. Ikeyegha sanctioned the Apeal filed by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) against the Judgement of Justice Taiwo O. Taiwo.
To be recalled, on the 30th of January, Justice Taiwo O. Taiwo of the Federal High Court, Ado Ekiti claimed the anti-graft agency did not follow due process.
