Breaking: Banks in Ifaki-Ekiti Under Attack, One Police Officer Killed

Reports reaching TimenewsNG indicates that banks in Ifaki-Ekiti , Ekiti state is under siege. The only bank in the town First bank was said to have been attacked by dare-devil armed robbers who invaded the bank Thursday afternoon killing one mobile police officer on guard.

The first bank along ado road was invaded by a gang of armed robbers at about 4 00 pm. The operation that lasted  30 minutes left one Mobile police dead according to a resident.
