Just In: Ondo State NURTW Secretary Kidnapped

The secretary of the Ondo State branch of the National Union Of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Comrade Kayode Agbeyangi has been kidnapped.

He was said to have been kidnapped in the early hours of Saturday as he was travelling to Lagos to meet his family.

The vehicle of Agbeyangi wa said to have been found at the Akure-Ilesha expressway.

The kidnappers who  opened contact with his family by calling his wife asked for a five million Naira ransom.

The Ondo state executive council of the union are said to be in dilemma on ways to seek the release of the scribe who has been sick for some time now.

It is not yet clear if the case have been reported to the Ondo state police command.
