Breaking: Armed Thugs Invade APC State Congress In Ondo

The BTO hall  Akure venue of  a faction of the All Progressives Congress in Ondo state is  up in flames  as armed thugs invaded the venue to disrupt the state Congress.

The Isaac Kekemeke led faction had converged on Akure to hold the state Congress with delegates across the 18 local governments in the state but were later bombarded by armed thugs believed to be loyal to the NURTW state chairman popularly known as Idajo. Idajo is a close and known ally of governor Rotimi Akeredolu.

People including journalists had to scamper for safety despite the presence of the Nigeria security and civil defence corps.

The state government backed Congress is about to start in another venue at Akure.
