Breaking: Elder Peter Babalola Resigns From Osun Govt
The camp of the All Progressives Congress in Osun state may further be depleted ahead the September 23nd governorship election.
This is due to the resignation of the chairman of Osun state local government service commission, Elder Peter Babalola from the state government.
In a letter addressed to the state governor Rauf Aregbesola, Peter Babalola says he is resignation is hinged on his desire to channel his energy to other endeavours.
Peter Babalola's resignation may however not be a surprise as he has been linked to moving to the SDP where Senator Iyiola Omisore is contesting. Peter Babalola is also linked to moving back to his old party the PDP but the Ikire born politician is yet to make public, his next political step.
Details soon.
