Court Adjourns Senator Elisha Abbo’s Alleged Assault Case

The trial of Senator Elisha Abbo on a two count charge of criminal use of force and criminal assault has been adjourned until the 20th of August.

The case was brought against Senator Abbo by the police after a video of him assaulting a lady in an adult toy shop went viral.

The Adamawa north senator was granted bail in the sum of five million naira after pleading not guilty.
